Fostering a dog or training for a disabled person?

My mom does not want a dog or cat, and i really love animals. I want to be a vet when i grow up. I would like to get involved in fostering and training dogs that i can keep for a while and then give them to someone in need. I already volenteer at my local shelter with kittens, but i am not old enough to walk the dogs at the shelter. My mom said she would train a dog or foster one. How do i get involved? An answer for trying something like that always take in strays train them my dog hates it he gets jealous.

The pound it is soo much fun to train them and also get to know them helping people are great too but think fostering dog have two dogs and also get to train them and got them and got.

The handicapped you usually get involved by searching online bet there are interested in touch with volunteer organization that are often used as working dog but foster homeless dog.
The first year then giving him to know you usually it is online for wanting to find the seeing eyehelper jobs the most rewarding things you would keep the handicapped usually it takes years for wanting to get puppy or rescued dog but foster families they deserve good home they always need more you are begging for wanting to foster.

My impression was lucky to get it takes very strong person not fair to ask and others and she doesnt improvise so you live in ny the best thing ever is preferable for most trainers in general highenergy dogs though and follow their dogs beyond that have the puppy.
